On 19.08, 2016vanaktuel.com published an overview of the province Imams in the Gulen movement in Turkey. This are the imams of the provinces in January 2015.

After August 19, 2016 many of those cited are arrested. The list is therefore not necessarily longer correct, and many may have been replaced by others.
The provincial imams are hiding their activities by appointing them as managers and teachers in their own educational institutions. Each imam is the administrative manager of the field where it is in charge. They also manages imams, PDY leader informs about instructions and messages sent by Gulen's board of trustees, and they direct the slaughter and donations.
The provincial imams, whose positions are usually changed every 3-4 years and are assigned to new posts in June / July, and can be promoted over time to be a country imam abroad or a senior manager in companies with PDY control. The imams of the districts responsible for the cities of Ankara, Istanbul and İzmir are also accepted at the level of the provincial imam.

Provincial imams and regional coordinators goes to Pennsylvania at certain intervals and provide information to Fethullah Gülen personally. Province imams use their own names as well as code names in their activities. They are also talking on behalf of others referred to as operational lines in their contacts or on phones registered on behalf of an organization / organization under PDY control. They provide separate devices for each line. They can change the lines they use not only themselves, but also their wives.
Imams that attach great importance to privacy, in some cases, use different lines for organizational relationships, and different lines for their private lives.
